The New Paragraph Dialog

Use the New Paragraph dialog to define a new paragraph element.

This dialog contains:

• The Name of the paragraph – you cannot use the following characters: \ / : * ? " < > |
• a Descriptionof the paragraph
• The Trigger for this paragraph – click to display the Triggers dialog; from there, you can select an existing trigger or create a new trigger
• A Replace paragraph... option; if this option is selected, then you cannot edit the Name, Description or Comments
• Comments about this paragraph
